1.Statement.
Except as otherwise provided in this section, each employee leasing company required to be registered under section 14052 shall provide the superintendent with information required by the superintendent on forms that the superintendent specifies. The superintendent may require registration through the nationwide mortgage licensing system and registry as defined in Title 9‑A, section 13‑102, subsection 8. The superintendent is authorized to participate in the nationwide mortgage licensing system and registry.
