Text
No funeral home, funeral establishment or person holding a license under this chapter may be employed as a funeral home, funeral establishment, or as an embalmer or funeral director or practitioner of funeral services by a cemetery, cemetery association or cemetery corporation, nor shall such person be so employed by a funeral home, funeral establishment or mortuary establishment which owns or controls or is owned or controlled by a cemetery, cemetery association or cemetery corporation. Control shall not be considered to exist because the owners, officers or employees of a funeral home, funeral establishment or mortuary establishment serve without pay or for a fee not exceeding $500 per year per person as officers or as the minority of the directors or trustees of a cemetery association o
