§ 32 §13842 — Qualifications
In order to enter into a collaborative practice agreement with a practitioner under this subchapter, a pharmacist must:
1.License.
Hold a valid unrestricted pharmacist license in this State;
2.Training.
Submit evidence acceptable to the board that the pharmacist:
