Text
1.Unlicensed practice.
No pharmacy licensed pursuant to section 13751 may be operated until a license has been issued to that facility by the board. Any person who violates this section is subject to the provisions of Title 10, section 8003‑C.
2.Reinstatement.
Reinstatement of a license that has been suspended, revoked or restricted by the board may be granted in accordance with the procedures specified by section 13743, subsection 2.
