Text
1.Application.
Applicants must submit an application together with the fee as set under section 13007.
2.Age.
The applicant shall have reached his 18th birthday at the time of his application.
3.Residence.
The applicant shall provide evidence of his legal residence.
4.High school.
The applicant shall be a high school graduate or hold an equivalency certificate.
5.Reputation.
The applicant must have a good reputation for honesty, truthfulness, fair dealing and competency.
6.Active license.
Upon application for an active license, the applicant shall provide a written statement from the designated broker of the agency, who will be employing the applicant, authorizing issuance of the applicant's license under the agency.
