Text
If the Secretary of State finds that an application for the authority to do business conforms to the requirements of this chapter and all requisite fees have been paid, the Secretary of State shall:
1.Attest application.
Attest that the application has been filed by:
2.File the application.
File and index the endorsed application; and
3.Copy to limited liability partnership.
Furnish to the person submitting the document for filing, or that person's representative, an attested copy of the application.
