1.Certificate of amendment.
The certificate of limited liability partnership is amended by filing a certificate of amendment with the Secretary of State. The certificate of amendment must set forth:

A partner who becomes aware that a statement in the certificate of limited liability partnership or any certificate filed under this section has become inaccurate in any material respect as a result of subsequent events shall promptly amend the certificate.
