§ 31 §1692 — Savings clause
1.Repeal does not affect.
Except as provided in subsection 2, the repeal of former chapter 13 does not affect:
2.Penalty or punishment.
If a penalty or punishment imposed for violation of former chapter 13 is reduced by this chapter, the penalty or punishment if not already imposed must be imposed in accordance with this chapter.
