Text
Each document authorized or required to be delivered to the Secretary of State for filing under this chapter must satisfy the following requirements and the requirements of any other section of this chapter.
1.Information.
The document must contain all information required by the laws of this State to be contained in the document but, unless otherwise provided by law, may not contain other information.
2.Form; format.
The document must be legibly typewritten or printed in ink or, if electronically transmitted, it must be in a format that can be retrieved or reproduced in typewritten or printed form.
3.Prescribed form.
The Secretary of State may prescribe and furnish on request forms for any documents required or permitted to be filed by this chapter. If the Secretary of State so require
