§ 31 §1341 — Becoming limited partner
A person becomes a limited partner:
1.Partnership agreement.
As provided in the partnership agreement;
2.Conversion or merger.
As the result of a conversion or merger under subchapter 11; or
3.Consent.
With the consent of all the partners.
