§ 30-A §935 — Franklin County loans

Maine·Title 30-A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES·Part 1 COUNTIES·Ch. 3 COUNTY BUDGET AND FINANCES
The county commissioners of Franklin County may obtain loans of money for the use of Franklin County, not to exceed $50,000, and cause notes or obligations, with coupons for lawful interest, to be issued for payment of the loans. Any loans of money in excess of $10,000 may be incurred only for the purpose of building, rebuilding, altering or otherwise improving county owned real estate and personal property in that real estate.
