§ 30-A §904 — Food stamp or donated food program

Maine·Title 30-A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES·Part 1 COUNTIES·Ch. 3 COUNTY BUDGET AND FINANCES
The county commissioners of any county may provide for a food stamp or donated food program in conformity with regulations adopted by the United States Department of Agriculture and the United States Department of Health, Education and Welfare and may expend county funds to operate and administer such a program.
