§ 30-A §902 — Authority to operate a regional solid waste collection and disposal service
1.Authorization.
The county commissioners of each county may operate a solid waste collection and disposal system or contract for solid waste collection and disposal services to serve their respective counties. The county commissioners may contract with municipalities, unorganized townships, other governmental agencies, including regional refuse disposal districts, and private enterprises for the financing, implementation and operation of collection and disposal services.
2.Municipalities and others served.
