§ 30-A §852 — Definitions
As used in this article, unless the context indicates otherwise, the following terms have the following meanings.
1.County commissioners.
"County commissioners" means the county commissioners of Waldo County.
2.Municipal officers.
"Municipal officers" means the mayor, councillors or members of the select board.
