§ 30-A §823 — Piscataquis County Budget Committee
In Piscataquis County there is established the Piscataquis County Budget Committee to carry out the purposes of this article.
1.Membership.
The budget committee consists of 9 members, 3 members from each commissioner district selected at least 90 days before the end of the fiscal year as provided for in this section and in a manner established by the county commissioners.
