§ 30-A §7051 — General powers and duties

Plantations have the same powers and duties, and are subject to the same restrictions, as a municipality under the following provisions of this Title:

Chapter 155;
5.Parks, trees and playgrounds.

8.Leasing of air rights.
Chapter 165;
9.Regulations, licenses and permits.

Development districts for municipalities and plantations.

10.Tax base sharing.
Chapter 223, subchapter 5; and
11.Ordinances.
