§ 30-A §6203 — Fund administration
Maine·Title 30-A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES·Part 2 MUNICIPALITIES·Ch. 231 FUND FOR THE EFFICIENT DELIVERY OF LOCAL AND REGIONAL SERVICES
The department shall administer the fund. The fund must be held separate and apart from all other money, funds and accounts.
