§ 30-A §5826 — Penalties
A public official who neglects or refuses to perform any duty imposed by sections 5821 to 5823:
1.Civil violation.
Commits a civil violation for which a forfeiture of not more than $100 may be adjudged; and
2.Forfeiture of office.
Forfeits his office.
