§ 30-A §5729 — Federal and state grants
A municipality's acceptance of grants is governed by this section.
1.Federal.
Municipalities may apply for, accept and appropriate federal grants for any purpose for which federal grants are made available to municipalities either directly or through the State.
2.State.
Municipalities may apply for, accept and appropriate state grants for any purpose for which state grants are made available to municipalities either directly or through a state agency.
