§ 30-A §5404 — Issuance of revenue bonds

1.Balloting for bonds. Subject to the restriction set forth in paragraph A, the municipal officers of any municipality with a population of 1,000 or more according to the most recent Federal Decennial Census may provide by resolution, at one time or from time to time, for the issuance of revenue bonds of the municipality to pay the cost of acquiring, constructing, reconstructing, improving, extending, enlarging or equipping any revenue-producing municipal facility. 1-A. Financial statements required. The treasurer of the municipality shall prepare a signed statement to accompany any question submitted to the electors for ratification of a revenue-producing or revenue-refunding bond issue.
