§ 30-A §5401 — Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.

"Parking system" means any parking facility, together with any public way or public parking area designated by the municipal officers as constituting part of that system on which parking meters have been or may be installed or from which fees or charges have been or may be collected for the parking of vehicles.

Sewage disposal system.
"Sewage disposal system" means any plant, system, facility or property used or useful or having the present capacity for future use in connection with the collection, treatment, purification or disposal of sewage, including industrial wastes resulting from any processes of industry, manufacture, trade or business or from the development of any natural resources. "Water system" means all plants, systems, facilities or properties used or useful or having the present capacity for future use in connection with the supply or distribution of water. This term also includes:
