§ 30-A §51 — Salaries; county commissioners

1.
Salaries; time of payment.
Except as provided in section 82, the county commissioners in the several counties shall receive annual salaries as set forth in section 2 from the county treasurer in weekly, biweekly, monthly, semiannual or annual payments, as determined by the county commissioners. If these payments are made monthly, they shall be made on the last day of each month; if semiannually, they shall be made on the last day of June and the last day of December; if annually, they shall be made on the last day of December.
2.
Salaries; full compensation.
These salaries are in full compensation for all services of the commissioners, including the management of the jails and for any expenses or travel to and from the county seat for any commissioner, except as provided in subsection 3 and section 105.
3.
Travel expenses.
Travel expenses shall be allowed as follows.
