§ 30-A §4875 — Bonds as legal investments and security
1.Purpose; application.
It is the purpose of this section to authorize any of the persons or entities referred to in subsection 2 to use any funds owned or controlled by them, including, but not limited to, sinking, insurance, investment, retirement, compensation, pension and trust funds, and funds held on deposit, for the purchase of any bonds or obligations described in subsection 2. This section applies notwithstanding any restrictions on investments contained in other laws.
