§ 30-A §4853 — Fund created
1.Creation.
There is created and established under the jurisdiction and control of the Maine State Housing Authority the Housing Opportunities for Maine Fund.
2.Definitions.
As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the term "fund" means the Housing Opportunities for Maine Fund created by subsection 1.
