§ 30-A §4771 — Federal aid
1.Purpose; contractual conditions.
It is the purpose and intent of this chapter to authorize every authority to do all things necessary or desirable to secure the financial aid or cooperation of the Federal Government in the undertaking, construction, maintenance or operation of any project by an authority and in the authority's exercise of the other powers granted to the authority in this chapter. To accomplish this purpose, an authority, notwithstanding any other law, may include in any contract with the Federal Government for financial assistance any conditions which the Federal Government attaches to its financial aid of a project, not inconsistent with the purposes of this chapter.
