Text
1.Licensing board.
The municipal officers of every municipality shall serve as the licensing board for the issuance of innkeepers' and tavernkeepers' licenses.
2.Meetings.
The licensing board shall meet as provided in this subsection.
3.Issuance and revocation of licenses.
At any meeting held under subsection 2, the licensing board may do the following.
4.License expiration.
All licenses granted under this section expire one year after issuance.
