§ 30-A §3537 — Estimate of expenditures; contributions; budget

1.Estimate of expenditures and revenues. At least 2 months before the beginning of the district's fiscal year, the board of directors shall prepare and submit to the municipal officers of the municipalities comprising the district an itemized estimate of expenditures and revenues for the following calendar year, which must be the fiscal year.
