§ 30-A §3535 — Certificate of organization

Maine·Title 30-A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES·Part 2 MUNICIPALITIES·Ch. 164 FIRE AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES DISTRICTS

After its organization, the district shall file a certificate with the Secretary of State in accordance with Title 13, section 903. The certificate must set forth the following information:

1.Name. Name of the district;

2.Purposes. Purposes of the district;

3.Municipalities included. Municipalities included within the district;

4.Location. Location of the principal office;

5.Names of directors. Number and names of the directors and their addresses; and

6.Names of officers. Names and addresses of the officers. As changes occur, the district shall file an amended certificate with the Secretary of State setting forth those changes.
