§ 30-A §3531 — Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.
1.District.
"District," "emergency medical services district" or "fire district" means a district created by vote of a group of municipalities for the purpose of providing fire protection or emergency medical services.
