Text
1.Creation of drain or sewer.
When a person pays the expenses of laying a common drain or sewer, all persons who join or connect with it shall pay their proportion of that expense.
2.Repairs.
All persons benefited by the drain or sewer shall pay the expense of opening and repairing the drain or sewer.
