§ 30-A §3264 — Park commissioners

1.Park commissioners; appointment.
Notwithstanding section 3261, municipalities may elect or appoint 5 park commissioners, initially to hold office for one, 2, 3, 4 and 5 years, respectively. Their successors shall be appointed for terms of 5 years each. Members shall serve until the appointment of their successors.
2.Duties.
The park commissioners shall:
