§ 30-A §2672 — Special police officers

Maine·Title 30-A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES·Part 2 MUNICIPALITIES·Ch. 123 MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS
Special police officers of limited jurisdiction may be appointed for a term of not more than one year and as provided in section 2671, subsection 1. These officers have all the powers of a police officer, except as specifically provided by charter, ordinance or the certificate of appointment.
