Text
1.Enforcing payment of taxes.
The county treasurer may enforce the payment of taxes in the manner prescribed for the Treasurer of State.
2.Charging off accounts.
The county treasurer may charge off the county's books of account, in whole or in part, any accounts receivable, including taxes, that the county commissioners certify as impracticable of realization.
