Text
1.Establishment.
Each county, or each county working jointly with another county or other counties or with the Department of Corrections, may establish a local criminal justice planning committee, referred to in this subchapter as "the committee."

Each committee is composed of representatives of various criminal justice stakeholder groups, including, but not limited to:
