Text
1.Mandatory minimum standards for pregnant prisoners and juveniles.
The Commissioner of Corrections shall adopt rules to establish mandatory minimum standards necessary to implement this subchapter and must enforce those standards as provided under Title 34‑A, section 1208. Rules adopted pursuant to this subsection are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A.
2.Notice.
The jail administrator or the jail administrator's designee shall inform all female prisoners and female juveniles upon admission to the jail of the mandatory minimum standards adopted pursuant to subsection 1.
