Text
All jail keepers shall keep prisoners committed for debt separate from prisoners charged with felony or infamous crimes. They shall keep all minors so committed and all prisoners upon a first charge, before or after conviction, separate from those convicted more than once of felony or infamous crimes, so far as the construction or state of the jail allows.
