1.Contents.
A certificate of title or salvage must contain the following information:
2.Distinctive certificate of title.
Unless a bond is filed as provided in section 659, a distinctive certificate of title must be issued for a vehicle that was last registered in another jurisdiction that does not require that lienholders be named on a certificate of title.
3.Forms.
The certificate of title or certificate of salvage must contain forms for assignment and warranty of title by the owner or a dealer and may contain forms for an application for a certificate of title by a transferee, the naming of a lienholder or the assignment or release of the security interest.
