§ 29-A §603 — Fees

1.Fee of $33. A fee of $33 must be paid to the Secretary of State for the following: 1-A. Fee of $100. A fee of $100 must be paid to the Secretary of State for the following:

3.Dealer charges. A vehicle dealer may not charge fees for titling purposes in excess of those in this section. 3-A. Expedited issuance of document. The Secretary of State shall determine if an expedited issuance is warranted and process the request accordingly.

Abandoned vehicles declared total loss.
A towing company is exempt from a title fee if:
