Text
A motor vehicle is exempt from this subchapter, except sections 555, 555‑A, 558‑A and 560, as follows:
1.Exclusive use.
2.Single municipality.
3.Government.
A vehicle engaged, directly or through a contractor, exclusively in construction or maintenance work for the Federal Government, the State, a county, a municipality or an Indian tribe; and
4.Agricultural cooperatives.
5.Farm.
6.Passenger vehicles.
