1.Fund created.
The Specialty License Plate Fund is established as a dedicated nonlapsing fund. The fund is administered by the Secretary of State.
2.Purpose.
Except as specified under section 468‑A, subsection 3, all money credited to the Specialty License Plate Fund must be used to cover the cost of manufacturing and producing a specialty or recognition license plate authorized pursuant to sections 468 and 468‑A.
