Text

Notwithstanding Title 4, section 152, subsection 9 and Title 5, sections 10003 and 10051, the Secretary of State shall immediately revoke, without preliminary hearing, the license to operate a motor vehicle of an habitual offender. The revocation under this section is indefinite. A license may not be issued to an habitual offender until after the minimum periods specified in section 2554.
