Text
1.Suspension.
The Secretary of State shall suspend for a minimum period of one year, without preliminary hearing, the conditional license issued pursuant to section 2506 of a person who while holding a conditional license:
2.Duty to submit to test.
A person who operates a motor vehicle with a conditional license shall submit to a test if there is probable cause to believe that person holds a conditional license and operated a motor vehicle with an alcohol level of more than 0.00 grams per 100 milliliters of blood or 210 liters of breath. The other provisions of subchapter 4 apply, except the suspension must be for a period of not less than 2 years.
