Text
1.Court suspension.
In addition to or instead of any other penalty provided in this Title, the court may suspend a driver's license for a period not exceeding 60 days.
2.Judicial recommendations.
A judge may make a recommendation to the Secretary of State on suspension of licenses and certificates of registration as the judge considers to be in furtherance of justice.
