§ 29-A §2397 — Menacing or damaging vehicles
The Secretary of State may revoke or suspend the certificate of registration of a vehicle that is:
1.Menace.
So constructed that when in operation the vehicle is a menace to the safety of its occupants or to the public; or
2.Damage.
So constructed or operated as to cause unreasonable damage to public ways or bridges.
