§ 29-A §2363 — Refusal to permit weighing
1.Violation.
An operator or owner commits a Class E crime if that person refuses to permit the weighing of a vehicle as provided in this subchapter.
2.Fine.
Notwithstanding Title 17-A, a fine of not more than $1,500 may be imposed. The fine accrues to the Highway Fund.
