Text
1.Access.
A school bus must be constructed to permit the operator access to the passenger compartment without leaving the vehicle.
2.Exhaust pipe.
The exhaust pipe must be entirely outside the passenger compartment of a school bus.
3.Fuel tank filler, vent, drain openings.
The fuel tank filler, vent and drain openings must be outside the school bus body.
4.Fire extinguisher.
A school bus must have at least one dry chemical fire extinguisher:
