1.Night equipment.
A bicycle, scooter or motorized bicycle or tricycle, when in use in the nighttime, must have:

A bicycle, scooter or motorized bicycle or tricycle must be equipped with a brake sufficient to enable the operator to stop the vehicle or device within a reasonable distance.
