§ 29-A §1953 — Splash guards

1.Required. A truck, truck tractor, trailer and semitrailer must be equipped with suitable guards that will effectively reduce the spray or splash of mud, water or slush caused by the rear wheels.
2.Exception. Splash guards are not required for:
