§ 29-A §1914 — Safety seat belts
1.Safety seat belts required.
A person may not buy, sell, lease, trade or transfer from or to a resident at retail a model year 1966 or later motor vehicle, unless that vehicle is equipped with safety seat belts installed for use in the left and right front seats.
