Text
1.Scope.
The Chief of the State Police may adopt rules:
1-A.
Delay in effective date.
Except for emergency rules adopted under Title 5, section 8054, rules adopted under this section take effect 30 days after filing with the Secretary of State under Title 5, section 8056, subsection 1, paragraph B.
2.Review of rules by Legislature.
Rules adopted under this section are routine technical rules pursuant to Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A.
